Tiff Daniels started her racing career in 1998 as a crew member, working on a Bandolero.  While working on the cars, she got the bug to drive.  In 2001, Tiff picked up the steering wheel, driving her first Legends Semi-Pro race at Langley Speedway (Hampton, VA).  She quickly adapted to being a race car driver by winning her first race in the 2002 season at Langley Speedway.

Over the next few years, Tiff continued to impress competitors and fans alike by winning  races and having impressive showings at tracks such as Lowe's Motor Speedway (Charlotte, NC - 1/4-mile oval, 1/5-mile oval and road course), Old Dominion Speedway (Manassas, VA), Southern National Raceway Park (Kenly, NC) and Southampton Motor Speedway (Capron, VA).  Among her numerous accomplishments, Tiff earned the 2003 Women’s National Championship, third place in the 2005 Lowe's Motor Speedway Summer Shootout Series (highest finish for a female driver in Legends Pro Division Summer Shootout history) and earned the 2005 Speed51.com Most Popular Pro Division driver award.

In 2005, Tiff Daniels continued her move up through the ranks in racing by stepping into a Limited Late Model car at South Boston Speedway (South Boston, VA).  In just her second start, she netted an impressive top-10 finish.  2006 was even better as she netted multiple top-five finishes although running a limited schedule. In the 2007 racing season, Tiff piloted her NASCAR Limited Late Model and NASCAR Whelen All-American Series Late Model Stock Car to six top-five finishes in 14 events, including a second-place finish at Southern National Raceway Park in April (Limited Late Model).  Tiff also qualified for the “Thanksgiving Classic” Late Model Stock Car event at Southern National and never finished outside the top 10 all season long in the Limited Late Model.

During the 2007 season, Tiff also was invited to attend the year-long Lyn St. James Driver Development Program, the most comprehensive training program of its kind.  She successfully completed Phase I in November 2007.  She was also one of 24 drivers selected to participate in the NASCAR Drive for Diversity Combine at South Boston Speedway.

Besides piloting her own race car, in 2007 Tiff graduated Magna Cum Laude from UNC Charlotte with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, Concentration in Motorsports, and a Minor in Public Relations.  She continued her driving career through the season while working as an engineer for Chip Ganassi Racing with Felix Sabates, where she worked for next three years while the organization recorded two wins, including the 2010 Daytona 500 with driver Jamie McMurray.

Tiff returned to Phase II of the Lyn St. James Driver Development Program in February of 2008, and was awarded the Kara Hendrick Memorial Scholarship for her spirit & talent.  She graduated from the Lyn St. James Driver Academy, the FinishLine Racing School, and the Bondurant High Performance Driving School while competing in her Late Model Stock Car.

In 2009, Tiff began the racing season in her Late Model Stock Car, then was selected by the Drive for Diversity Program to pilot the #94 Hamilton Racing entry in the K&N Pro Series East (formerly the Camping World Series East), recording her best finish at Dover International Speedway.

The 2010 season brought new challenges, as Tiff was invited to compete in the inaugural ASA Transcontinental Series Freestate 500 in Welkom, South Africa. Tiff finished 7th in her #19 SnowtheRacehorse.com Toyota for Marc Davis Motorsports.

Tiff is pursuing opportunities in various series for 2010, including the ARCA, K&N Pro East, and Whelen All-American Series.
